PRÁCTICA works creatively in the fields of architecture, urbanism and interior design with the latest technologies. We provide specific and locally responsive solutions avoiding predetermined responses.
PRÁCTICA was founded by Jaime Daroca, José Mayoral and José Ramón Sierra while working together at Harvard University. Since then, it has grown into a diverse and multidisciplinary team from all over the World.

PRÁCTICA’s River Somes project has been awarded the Large Infrastructures Prize at the 2024 NAN Awards in Madrid, Spain.
PRÁCTICA received the Special Prize to the Emerging Professional Career at the 2024 Andalucia Architecture Awards, given by the Regional Government of Andalusia, Spain.
PRÁCTICA’s River Somes project was awarded the “Other Coordinates” category prize at the 13th Ibero-American Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism, titled “Climates: Actions for Good Living”, which will be held in December 2024 in Lima, Peru.
PRÁCTICA was invited to give a lecture on urban regeneration at CONSTRUTEC 2024, the International Construction Week in Madrid, by the Official Board of Architects of Madrid, due to their recent COAM First Prize win for the River Somes project.
